Cavity Filled Ball Valve
ZIPSON'S cavity filled ball valve were available on 2-piece flanged ball valve, 3-piece ball valve, and 3/4-way ball valves. These multiple usage on various ball valves will satisfy the end users in pluming industries.

The Purpose of Cavity Filler on Ball Valve
Zipson's cavity filled ball valves are with over 92% PTFE filler for the valve cavity.  Most of the usage on cavit filled valve is in sanitary industry, such as food or pharmacy. The valve cavity will be a space to remain the media.  This is what the food industry do not like to see.  These remainder may sopiled soon, and pollute the whole media in the pipe line.
The flow industry do not like the media remainder either.  The media in the valve cavity may become solid, and seize or block for operation.  The resin supplier and water in the low temperature may need this filler.  The valve with cavity filler will be easier to clean as well.

About Top-Entry Ball Valve

ZIPSON'S 110F & 110T, Top-Entry ball valve is designed for the industries required in-line repairing/ cleaning/ maintaining in very short time for urgent situation.  110F designed with ISO direct mounting pad, it's convenient for mounting pneumatic/ electric actuator for automatic control. 
110F with the patent on the design while the valve is in "OPEN" position, it's easy to draw out the bonnet with the ball & seat at one time without any other tools & devices. And while the valve is in "CLOSE" position, the ball & seat will be compressed together closely without any other devices.
 

ZIPSON Spring Return Handle

ZIPSON'S SH01, spring return handle (also called dead man handle) was well designed as heavy duty type for very long term operation. 

The SH01 is designed to mount upon the ISO 5211 direct mounting pad.  This will be very convenient for user to replace the handle from normal type to SH01, and repair the handles after long term operation without throwing the whole valve set.  It's very economic to stock the spring handles only.
