About 316F, 6000 psi high pressure ball valve

ZIPSON'S 316F, 3-piece high performance & high pressure ball valve , 6000 psi (designed according to Class 2500, about 6250 psi), was designed for the very high pressure industrial pipe line in full port product.

316F valve was made by bar stock in both 316 & A105-WCB.  The bar stock will provide perfect mechanical properties in this 6000 psi valve. To compare the economic valve in the market, Zipson make valve structure & wall thickness totally follow ASME B16.34 standard. The exact structure make safe in the high performance application.

The standard seat material was settled on PEEK (450G) & DELRIN (POM).  PEEK is available for higher temperature pipe line & DELRIN is for low temperature environment. 316F high pressure ball valve are full bore from 1/4" to 2" (DN08-DN50). The locking device of 316F is available lock in both open and close conditions.

About Bracket & Adaptor

ZIPSON'S BR05 & AD05 are the bracket & adaptor for larger size ball valve for mounting the actuator or gear box. 

BR05 is casted bracket as a supporter for mounting the larger actuator & heavy gear operator.  And designed for some Chemical industries who always ask bracket to raise the operation application or the pipe line for high temperature media to protect the automation application.  BR05 series is designed for ball valve size from 6" (DN150) to 12" (DN300), both for 2-way or 3/4-way ball valves.

AD05 is well designed with BR05.  This special device is made according the connected dimensions of customer's actuator or gear operator.
Both BR05 bracket & AD05 adaptor are with phosphate treatment to prevent from corrosion.

About Top-Entry Ball Valve
ZIPSON'S 110F & 110T, Top-Entry ball valve is designed for the industries required in-line repairing/ cleaning/ maintaining in very short time for urgent situation.  110F designed with ISO direct mounting pad, it's convenient for mounting pneumatic/ electric actuator for automatic control. 
110F with the patent on the design while the valve is in "OPEN" position, it's easy to draw out the bonnet with the ball & seat at one time without any other tools & devices. And while the valve is in "CLOSE" position, the ball & seat will be compressed together closely without any other devices.
