Valve with PTFE/ PFA Coating

Simplify the external & internal clean work.

ZIPSON VALVE offer a particular option for valve application, that is Valve With Coating.

Function
Valves with coating is mainly for anti-sticky.  The coating will strrongly adhere to the surface of the parts we coated.  Valve body, end caps, ball stem are the parts usually with the service.  This will simplify the work to clean the valves just with water flush.  And the ports will not stick the media even glue.  The coating parts is good looking for the valve installed outside.  The 40-70um thickness is much thin than normal painting, and will not come off for years.  The PTFE coating will have permeation, it can enlongate the life-time of corrosion but do not stop it.  Lining with at least 3mm thickness PTFE is the best way to prevent from corrosion (with pin hole examination).

Cost
Coating will ask some cost, but it is worthy if you do not want to clean the internal & external valve all the time.
