Foundation
Founded in 1987, initially
we are a foundry of sand and investment (lost wax process) casting. Later we upgraded our technologies and extended the produced process of machine and assembly provideng
finished products to worldwide market especially in U.S.A. and Europe.
Valves Department
Industrial & sanitary ball valves are t he main products in Zipson. Multiform & precise products
were offered year by year. Zipson offer not only normal 2-way ball valve but also complete range of multi-port ball valve, size
from 1/4" to 8" at present (year 2007). Extraordinary material such as super duplex, Hastelloy C, Alloy 20, and high performance
valve (pressure rating up to 6000 psi at present), even valves with PTFE/ PFA coating were available for many different application.
In automation of ball valve, ZIPSON offer the most suitable pneumatic actuated ball valve & electric actuated ball valve. In
larger size ball valve, ZIPSON offer our high performance 950G gear operated ball valve. In 2007, ZIPSON developed a whole
new spring return handle ball valve (dead-man handle ball valve) to the market , this enlarge the use of 2-way ball valve with ISO direct mounting pad.
Exclusive valves or industrial products were available for customer's special use. Our professional
designing department with well communication to customer will offer suitable products in very
short time. Zipson foundry offer our valve department the casting parts, this will help the lead time to be more controllable.
Investment Casting Department
Zipson foundry is famous in the specialty filed for years. Not only offer the casting parts to Zipson
vlave department, but also other steel parts. Zipson foudry offer normal steel material and
special alloy, such as Hastelloy C, Alloy 20, Monel, Super Duplex with quality.
