CAVITY FILLED VALVE IN 2-PIECE, 3-PIECE, 3-WAY, 4-WAY BALL VALVE
Cavity Filled Ball Valve ZIPSON'S cavity filled ball valve were
available on 2-piece flanged ball valve, 3-piece ball valve, and 3/4-way ball valves. These multiple usage on various ball valves will satisfy the end users in pluming industries.
The Purpose of Cavity Filler on Ball Valve Zipson's cavity filled ball valves are with over 92% PTFE filler for the valve cavity. Most of the usage on cavit
filled valve is in sanitary industry, such as food or pharmacy. The valve cavity will be a space to remain the media. This is
what the food industry do not like to see. These remainder may sopiled soon, and pollute the whole media in the pipe line.
The flow industry do not like the media remainder either. The media in the valve cavity may become solid, and seize or block for operation.
The resin supplier and water in the low temperature may need this filler. The valve with cavity filler will be easier to clean as well.
ZIPSON'S 316F, 3-piece high performance & high pressure ball valve , 6000 psi (designed according to Class 2500, about 6250 psi), was designed for the
very high pressure industrial pipe line in full port product.
316F valve was made by bar stock in both 316 & A105-WCB. The bar stock will provide perfect mechanical properties
in this 6000 psi valve. To compare the economic valve in the market, Zipson make valve structure & wall thickness
totally follow ASME B16.34 standard. The exact structure make safe in the high performance application.
The standard seat material was settled on PEEK (450G) & DELRIN (POM). PEEK is available for higher temperature
pipe line & DELRIN is for low temperature environment. 316F high pressure ball valve are full bore from 1/4" to 2"
(DN08-DN50). The locking device of 316F is available lock in both open and close conditions.
