About 306D, 3-Piece Ball Valve

ZIPSON'S 306D, 3-piece high performance ball valve , 3600 psi, with ISO direct mounting pad is designed for the high pressure industrial pipe line in full port product.
To compare the economic valve in the market, Zipson make valve structure & wall thickness totally follow ASME B16.34 standard. The exact structure make safe in the high performance application.
The standard seat material was settled on PEEK, DELRIN is the other option for low temperature environment.
306D can be with fire safe design with SS seat housing designed follow API607 Edition 4.
From 2010, Zipson offer metal seated design for 306D & 305D types ball valves.  With Stellite ball & SS316 Stellite metal seats lapping for leakge Class V at present.  Zipson engineers were design the valve for Class VI, and we know the leakage Class VI metal seated ball valve will present soon
306D high pressure valve is available for speical alloy material on body/ end/ ball/ stem.  The material Zipson can offer are Hastelloy C, Monel, Inconel, Duplex and Super Duplex.  These materials are for special medial or working environment such as sea water, ship, offshore devices, and chloride media.
